The Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association is looking for a team member to join in our mission to improve health through the work of Community Health Centers. We are the non-profit member association for the 19 Wisconsin Community Health Centers. Our office is a highly collaborative environment that provides remote and in-office work options, flexible work hours, and an excellent benefits package. Applicants must reside in or plan to move to Wisconsin. AmeriCorps, Peace Corps, and other national service alumni are encouraged to apply. Job Purpose: lead the day-to-day population health and practice transformation work for WPHCA and WisconsinHealth+, a clinically integrated network of Wisconsin Federally Qualified Health Centers, through data-driven improvement, project management, and payer partner engagement.
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Relevant work experience or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, engineering, business, or data science
- Project management involving multiple organizations at the same time
- Data analysis in health care
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Communicating in front of groups
- Working in an office setting
- Visiting on-site at remote locations
- Using basic office equipment

Required Skills:
