Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 72 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Description As a Case Manager RN, you will coordinate patient care, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure seamless transitions for patients within the healthcare system. This role requires collaboration with various teams and effective communication skills. You will work primarily Monday through Friday during the day shift, with every other weekend required.
