Job Title: RN - Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care case management experience License: Active state RN licensure required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year current acute care case manager RN experience - RN or licensed social worker Description: This position is for a travel RN in Case Management. The director is seeking candidates with experience in specific software systems. No weekends are required for this role. The case management unit has 14 beds and a collaborative staff environment. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:14. The equipment used includes electronic medical records systems. Candidates should possess strong skills in case management assessments and discharge planning. The ideal candidate must be flexible, as this is a very busy and fast-paced environment. The case management team is known for being welcoming, collaborative, and supportive of new staff. Overall, this role offers an opportunity to work closely with a consistent team of physicians and mid-level providers.
